Director Crystal Weaver - I began my cheerleading venture many years ago when my daughter cheered for MTYFA.  When a few of the girls approached me about cheering after the rec season ended, we decided to start the competition level squads..  I never dreamed it would become what it has, but we have grown over the past five years.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Rod for seven years.  He attends all the competitions and takes photos.  Together we have five children, Ian and Matt are both 26, Cory and Heather are both 24 and Sami is 21.  God has blessed me with an amazing husband and children.

I have had an in home day care for 25 years.  I volunteer at Hospice and we are active in our church. I am also Director of Cheerleading for MTYFA and have been a part of that organization for 15 years.  I have also recently started to judge cheerleading for different competition companies. We love to travel as much as possible when we have time.

This is my fifth year coaching for MT Extreme and I love it more and more each year! I started cheering when I was 10 years old and cheered all four years while at Penn Manor. I made NCA All-American my junior and senior years. I then went on to cheer for the Co-Ed squad at Millersville University my sophomore and junior years. I also served as co-captain my junior year. I graduated with a degree in Speech Communication and work for Godfrey Advertising. I live in Millersville and when I’m not coaching I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as traveling.

Extreme Intensity Asst. - Coach Marley Parmer I've been cheering for 15 wonderful years now and just can't walk away from it! I've been incredibly lucky to be a part of cheerleading at Penn Manor HS, competing for many years with Synergy AllStars, PMHS competition team, Cheer Excel, judging through Excel, and coaching. I grew up in Lancaster but now live and work in Carlisle and attend Shippensburg University majoring in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. I was very blessed as a cheerleader with amazing coaches and resources for furthering my skills and I hope to be one of them for these awesome girls!
